智慧型手機的問世,改變了人們對於手機的使用行為,也改變了我們的生活習慣,連帶著人際互動關係也跟隨著有所改變。本研究旨在探討高職學生智慧型手機APP通訊軟體使用行為與人際互動之關係。主要研究目的為(1)瞭解高中職學生在智慧型手機使用行為上的現況。(2)分析不同背景變項之高職學生在智慧型手機APP通訊軟體使用行為上的差異情形。(3)分析不同智慧型手機APP通訊軟體使用行為與人際關係上的差異情形。 本研究採立意抽樣方式,以台中市私立慈明高級中學餐飲科一至三年級學生為研究對象,有效樣本為402人。採問卷調查法進行資料收集,使用的研究工具為「手機使用行為問卷」與「人際關係問卷」。調查所得結果,以描述統計、單因子變異數分析、獨立樣本t考驗、卡方檢定及皮爾森積差相關等統計方法進行資料分析處理。主要研究結果得知不同的個人背景變項對使用智慧型手機APP通訊軟體有部分顯著影響;不同個人背景變項與人際互動有顯著影響;使用APP通訊軟體與人際互動有顯著正向關係。 為使青少年對於智慧型手機使用可以正常發展,建議學校、家長針對學生使用智慧型手機多做機會教育與規劃正規輔導課程,多關心孩子使用智慧型手機的情形,及建立正確的使用時間觀念,教導青少年有效且正確地使用智慧型手機,以達到正常的人際互動與交往。
The advent of smart phones has changed people’s mobile phones usage behavior or our living routines, even changed the interpersonal relation. This study aimed to explore smartphone APP communications software usage behavior and interpersonal relationships of vocational high school students. The main purpose is to (1) understand the current smart phone using state of high school students. (2) analyze differences in smartphone APP communications software usage behavior situation of vocational high school students with different backgrounds. (3) analyze the differences of behavior and interpersonal relationships with different smartphone APP communications software usage. This study used purposive sampling by taking private Tzu-Ming Senior High School third grade students for example with 402 effective valid participants. Questionnaire survey method is used for data collection. Research tools are "mobile phone usage behavior questionnaire" and "interpersonal questionnaire." The survey results are conducted through descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA analysis, independent sample t test, chi-square test and Pearson correlation statistical methods for data analysis and processing. The main results are that different personal background variables has a significant impact on partial use of the smartphone APP communications software; different personal background and personal interaction has a significant impact; using APP communications software has a positive impact on interpersonal relationships. To enable young people to use smartphone with normal development, suggests are that schools and parents use smartphones to have more opportunity for education and to plan regular counseling sessions. To concern about the situation of children's use of smartphones is also suggested. Furthermore, to establish the correct use of the concept of time, and to teach young people effective and proper use of smartphones in order to achieve normal social interaction and communication.
