休閒阻礙、休閒涉入及休閒效益關係之研究—以大雪山森林遊樂區賞鳥活動參與者為例

An Examination of the Relationship Among Leisure Constraints, Leisure Involvement and Leisure Benefits: The Case of Birdwatch Activity Participants in Dasyueshan Forest Recreation Area

摘要

近年來各地賞鳥活動蓬勃發展，原因為賞鳥活動反應了現代人對大自然的需求，同時它也是一種充滿樂趣的知識性活動。本研究主要目的在探討大雪山森林遊樂區18歲以上的賞鳥者休閒阻礙、休閒涉入及休閒效益之關係，以問卷調查法為主要研究工具，實際發放問卷共400份，扣除無效問卷，有效回收問卷共有385份。
研究結果發現，在休閒阻礙方面，賞鳥者認為天氣因素及交通阻塞是影響賞鳥活動的原因；在休閒涉入方面，賞鳥者認為賞鳥活動是令他們感興趣的；在休閒效益方面，賞鳥者認為賞鳥活動能振奮精神。賞鳥者對休閒阻礙與休閒涉入有顯著負向影響、賞鳥者對休閒涉入與休閒效益有顯著正向影響、賞鳥者對休閒阻礙與休閒效益有顯著負向影響。
基於以上驗證結果，給予相關單位以下建議：
建議相關管理單位可以增設大型看板，提供大雪山森林遊樂區之氣象，讓要上山的遊客了解當地之天氣狀況。在交通方面，建議可以在園區內外增設接駁巴士，以利疏散車潮，必免造成交通阻塞。在解說服務方面，可以增加專業解說人員對遊客之指導，讓一般遊客能更了解賞鳥活動的知識

In recent years, the birdwatching activities have a good development; because it reflects demand of the nature for the people also it is an interesting activity. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between over 18 years birdwatchers of leisure constraints, leisure involvement, and leisure benefits in Dasyueshan Forest Recreation Area. Using questionnaire survey as the main research tool, and send 400 copies of questionnaires. Deduction invalid questionnaires and 385 valid questionnaires were recovered.
The results showed that, in terms of leisure constraints, bird watchers think the weather factors and the traffic congestion will impact on birdwatching activities; in terms of leisure involvement, bird watchers think bird watching activity is interesting; in terms of leisure benefits, bird watchers think birdwatching activities can boost mind. Leisure constraints to leisure involvement have a significant negative impact; leisure involvements to leisure benefits have a significant positive impact; leisure constraints to leisure benefits have a significant negative impact.
According to the results, it suggests the management some suggestions. The management can built an electronic marquee, it can offers the weather of Dasyueshan Forest Recreation Area. It can add the shuttle bus, in order to reduce the number of car, it also avoid the traffic jams. It can increase the staff of guidance; therefore visitors can learn more about the knowledge of bird watching activities.
