教育訓練在保險公司是備受重視的一環,且保險公司每年所投入的時間、財力及人力更是占據公司大部分的行政資源,而保險公司也使用資深員工帶領資淺的,也就是師徒功能的方式來實施培育新人,本研究便探討師徒功能與業務員的個人學習對工作績效、工作滿意度及職涯展望有無顯著的影響。 本研究實施方式針對受險業務員採問卷發放方式實施,實證分析主要以 SPSS 18.0 套裝軟體作為統計分析工具,運用敘述性統計分析、信度分析、變異數分析與迴歸分析等分析方法,主要研究結果分述如下: 一、 個人學習對工作績效、工作滿意度及職涯展望皆有顯著的影響。 二、 師徒功能對工作績效及工作滿意度無顯著的影響。 三、 師徒功能對職涯展望有顯著的影響。
In insurance company, education training is an important subject and many manpower、material resources and financial resources are devoted. The training of new employee by senior mentors is also used. This study investigate whether there are significant influences of mentoring functions and individual learning on job performance, job satisfaction and career prospect-evidence from life insurance industry. This study adopted questionnaires to salespersons from life insurance industry for data collection and the results are analyzed by descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, ANOVA and regression analysis. The main findings of this study are as follow: 1. There is significant impact of individual learning on job performance, job satisfaction and career prospect-evidence. 2. There is no significant impact of mentoring functions on job performance, job satisfaction. 3. There is significant impact of mentoring functions on career prospect-evidence.
