本研究旨在探討游泳教練領導行為對學生學習滿意度與游泳成效之影響。以僑泰中學101學年度二年級學生為研究對象,以立意取樣進行問卷調查,共計發放700份問卷,回收有效問卷為596份,有效回收率達85.1%。所得資料經描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、相關分析、多元逐步回歸分析與卡方交叉分析後,獲得以下結果:一、在教練領導行為中「訓練與教學」得分最高;在學習滿意度中「教練教學」得分最高;游泳等級平均提升至5.34級。二、女性學生在知覺教練領導行為與學習滿意度分數均高於男性學生;但在游泳成效上則無顯著差異。三、教練領導行為對學習滿意度有正向預測力,但「專制行為」則為負向預測。四、教練領導行為之「民主行為」與學習滿意度中「場地設備」、「同儕關係」對游泳成效有顯著正向影響。本研究結論為,教練領導行為若能採取與學生共同討論及鼓勵學生表達意見等民主方式進行教學,則有助於提升學生學習滿意度與增進游泳成效。本研究綜合以上結果,提出建議以供中學游泳課程規劃及相關研究之參考。
The research was focus on discussing the influence of swimming coach’s leadership on students’ learning satisfaction and swimming efficiency. The method was questionnaire survey and total 600 questionnaires. All subjects were second grade students in Class 2012 Chiao Tai high school and been selected by judgment sampling. There were total 596 retrieve valid questionnaires and the retrieve rate of questionnaires was 85.1%. The questionnaires data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent-sample t test, correlation analysis, multiple stepwise regression analysis and cross tabulation tables. The results as following: 1.The “Training and Teaching” score was highest in the coach leadership. The “Coach Teaching” score was highest in the learning satisfaction. The average of swimming ability enhanced 5.34 grades. 2.The female students’ coach leadership and learning satisfaction score were higher than male and the swimming efficiency was no different in gender. 3.The coach leadership was positive prediction of learning satisfaction, but “Autocratic Behavior” was negative. 4. The coach leadership’s “Democratic Behavior” and learning satisfaction’s “Field and Facilities” and “Classmate Relationship” influenced swimming efficiency significantly. The research found if the coach could discuss with students and encourage them share opinions, and this kind of democratic behavior leadership could enhance their learning satisfaction and swimming efficiency. Above of all, this research result could be reference for high school swimming program and correlate research.
