本研究旨在探討羽球選手壓力知覺、競技倦怠與休閒活動參與之相關性,以101年第一次全國羽球排名賽參賽選手為研究對象,採便利抽樣方式進行問卷調查,發出問卷350份,回收之有效問卷為288份(男性195人、女性93人),有效回收率82%。所得資料經描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數及階層迴歸分析等方法後,結果如下:1.年齡19至21歲羽球選手有較高的壓力知覺2.曾經參與賽事等級愈高或訓練年數愈久,之羽球選手具有較高之競技倦怠感。3.羽球選手知覺愈高壓力者其競技倦怠感愈高。另外,本研究發現羽球選手參與休閒活動可有效調節壓力知覺對「減低成就感」競技倦怠之影響。最後根據研究結果,提出實務之策略與建議。
This study aimed to investigate among perceived Stress, athletic burnout and leisure participation for the badminton player. Research subjects were first national ranking tournament badminton players in 2012, using convenience sampling conducted a questionnaire survey. There were 350 questionnaires send and 288 valid were returned (male 195, female 93), the effective rate was 82%.Information obtained through descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA and hierarchical regression analysis, the results were as follow: 1.Aged from 19 to 21 years old badminton players have a higher perceived stress. 2. The badminton player who has been involved in competitions the higher level or training for longer years has higher athletic burnout. 3. The badminton players who perceived higher pressure will feel higher burnout. In addition, the study found that badminton players who participant in leisure activities can effectively adjust the pressure perception to “reduced sense of accomplishment" of athletic burnout effect. Finally, according to the study results, the study put forward the strategy and suggestions.
