摘要


本研究以警用軟性電子行動裝置之設計為例,嘗試應用意象之轉化,建構一套結合軟性電子的關鍵特性與使用者需求之設計模式,期能促進軟性電子技術的設計應用。 本研究分四階段進行。第一階段首先探討軟性電子技術、意象與意象轉化方法及結構化設計思考之相關文獻,以此為理論基礎發展出一套「關鍵字意象轉化設計模式」。接著透過資料蒐集與訪談,歸納出員警的勤務內容與需求,以做為後續設計展開之規範。第二階段萃取軟性電子技術的兩個關鍵字「軟」與「穿戴」進行意象調查,經由集群分析將其概念結構化,做為意象轉化之概念來源。第三階段應用形態分析法,首先篩選適合轉化之子概念,接著分別針對員警執勤的四項需求,將「軟」子概念與「穿戴」子概念,進行概念結合,並從其中篩選出可行之局部構想;最後將對應各項需求之局部構想加以組合,發展整體設計方案。第四階段則以使用者需求為準則,進行設計方案的評估。 研究結果顯示,從使用者需求的角度出發,以軟性電子的技術本質及人與物的互動關係為元素,應用不同意象之拆解與重組的轉化方法所建構之設計模式,可為設計師提供明確的設計方向與思考展開,擴大新技術的產品應用範圍。

To promote innovative application of flexible electronics, a design model using image transformation to combine the key features of flexible electronics and user’s demands is presented in this thesis. An example of the design of the police mobile device based on flexible electronics was taken to demonstrate this model. This study was conducted in four phases. In the first phase, a new model named “Keyword Images Transformation Design Model” was brought up on the basis of literature review about flexible electronics, image transformation, and systematic design methods. Next, from data collection and interviews with police officers, the demands for the road inspection duty were summarized. In the second phase, surveys on the images of “soft” and “wear”, keywords of flexible electronics, were undertaken to draw out the conceptual structures through cluster analysis. In the third phase, morphological analysis was applied for idea generation. First, idea fragments were generated by combining the sub-concepts of “soft” and “wear” to fulfill different demands. Next, design concepts were generated by integrating the feasible idea fragments. In the four phased, the design concepts were evaluated in terms of user’s demands. The design model presented in this thesis considers the technical nature of flexible electronics and the interaction between human and objects as the input elements to be decomposed and recomposed for transformation. The results showed that this model suggests specific directions for design thinking, and can be used to expand application fields of new technologies in product design.
