台灣金融業組織績效之探討--以組織創新為中介變數

摘要


當前金融市場競爭加劇,各金融業為因應產業的變遷,全球金融商品的多元化,及消費者的需求變動快速,金融高階管理者面對大環境變遷的壓力,如果沒有金融產業本身結構性的轉化,發展出風險管理良好及體質健全的金融機構,特別在商品客製化,區隔差異性,提昇服務品質,健全財務結構及透明化等方面,面面俱到,才能適應快速變動之金融外在環境,並在強敵環伺下開創出獨特的生存利基。故本研究動機,期找出組織文化、組織創新與組織績效的影響關聯,作為改善經營管理之參考。 隨著全球經濟環境的快速變遷,金融業的快速發展與競爭激烈的處境中,企業樹立獨特且無法取代之組織文化,建立企業核心價值觀,乃為當務之急的事;另唯有創新才能創造出金融商品多元化。由此可見各金融機構如何建構本身的競爭優勢,已成為各集團的發展重心,這其中包含組織文化、組織創新及組織績效對企業的重要性與彼此間的互動性是牽動個人進行本研究的最大誘因。 本研究主要在探討組織文化、組織創新與組織績效之間的關聯,以台灣金融業為研究母體,共發放300份問卷,有效回收170份。本研究透過結構方程式將研究變項的相互影響進行實證分析。研究結果顯示組織創新對組織績效存在顯著的關係,其他變數之間則沒有顯著關係,期能了解金融產業在管理領域應關注之思維。

The current financial market competiton intensified, the financial industry in response to industry changes, the diversification of financial products, and fast changes in consumer’s demand, all senior managers face the pressure from the transitiona of external environment, if without the structural transformation of the financial industry itself , they must develop a good-risk-management and healthy financial institutions. Particulary, in the products customized, diverseness divided, service quality enhaced, also the financial structrue should be solid and transparent, etc., all these should be well considered in every respect, in order to adapt to the rapid changes of external financial environment, and create a unique survival advantage among the fierce competitiors. Therefore, this study motivation is expecting to find out the impact associated with organizational culture, organizational innovation and organizational performance, so as a reference to improve the operation and management . With the rapidly changing of global economic environment, the fast development of the financial industry and the competitive situation, enterprises should establish an unique and not be replaced organizational culture, built core values up, that is an urgent priority; another thing is only innovation can create financial-product diversification. These show the various financial institutions how to construct their own competitive advantage, has becoming the focus of group development, among these, the organizational culture, organizational innovation and organizational performance on the importance of the enterprise ,plus interactivities in between, is my personal greatest incentive to process this study. This study aimed to explore the association between the organizational culture, leadership behavior, organizational innovation and organizational performance, using Taiwan's financial industry as the population were distributed 300 questionnaires and 170 of them are valid . Through structural equation modeling, this study will examine the interaction of the variables for empirical analysis. The results of research showed that the relationship between organizational innovation and organization performance, existed significant relationship. However, there are not existing significantly relationship between others variables. Looking forward to realize the financial industry should be concerned in the management area.
