目前社群網站蓬勃發展,若將數位學習系統建置於其上,可得到推廣於社會大眾的效益。本研究有別於迴歸分析中,因果假說鑑別之研究,而採用結合層級分析法(Analytical Hierarchy Process, AHP)及資料包絡分析法(Data Envelopment Analysis, DEA)的研究流程,先以文獻探討方式建立層級分析架構,對應用端之使用者進行問卷調查,採用層級分析法萃取各構面及構面因素之認知權重大小,選出權重高於平均值之重要因素,再依尺度衡量之李克特量表(Likert Scale)問卷對資訊工程或資訊管理專家再進行問卷調查,針對技術端之專業人員意見,用資料包絡分析法,進一步以相對績效的觀點,獲取不同方案下各因素之平均評分,判斷各方案之相對績效,求得最適合建置數位學習系統的社群網站,同時有別於絕對效率之定義,不僅可確認方案群體中之績效標竿(最佳決策),同時亦可提供績效落後之方案如何提升至績效前緣成為標竿之改善依據。 研究發現使用者認為使用紀錄完整度、重視社群成員的意見或創作內容、網路管理者的援助、易懂的網站功能表、系統容易操作使用及社群網站形象是15項因素中的六項重要因素,以前五項因素為投入變數,社群網站形象為產出變數,進行專家問卷分析,臉書是15家社群網站中最適合作為建置數位學習系統的社群網站,原因為其使用紀錄完整度明顯比其它社群網站好。研究流程及結果結合使用者及專家的意見,為建置決策者帶來客觀的評估結果,有助於推廣數位學習系統。
The community websites are very popular in recent year. If an E-learning system is constructed on them, it would be known and used by the public. For this concept, the analytic process was combined with Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). The data of hierarchy structure were built by literature reviewing. User's perspectives were collected by AHP questionnaire. The factors whose weights over average were selected for the Likert scale questionnaire to the community website analysis. The perspectives of experts proficient in Information Engineering and Information Management were collected then analyzed by DEA approach with comparative efficiency. The efficiency frontier is determined. The way for decision making unit (DMU) which is without best efficiency to become the efficiency frontier is also pointed out. The user's perspectives shows that complete record of use, emphasis on user's opinions and innovative work, good administrator's support, easy functional webpage, easy system and good community website image are six important elements among overall 15 elements. The best scheme is “Face Book” because of its good complete record of use. The result is combined with both user and expert's perspectives and useful for E-learning popularization.
