產品表面材質觸感之研究-以智慧型手機為例

摘要


本實驗中主要探討為,材質的觸感感受,日本設計雜誌AXIS 2009四月第138期中提到現在有許多的情報(設計)多是以視覺為主,他們發現觸覺的感受,在生活中是一件非常重要的事,因而結合了觸覺工學及觸覺設計,並且利用在手機的設計上。文獻中也探討了觸覺、知覺、認知這三大感受議題,也探討各材質的屬性、材質感受,其中影響本研究的內容為材質配置的文獻內容,主要為配置與Affordance中的內容,提供了實驗及設計的基礎;依智慧型手機所使用材質挑選出,設計實驗樣品的材質並進行觸覺感受調查。在第一次的實驗中共有30位受測者,第二次實驗中共有32位受測者,在實驗中主要以觸摸的方式進行,在介紹即將觸摸的材質後(介紹時不說明材質為何),請受測者將手伸入實驗箱中,摸完測試之材質後再填寫問卷。 在前期測驗實驗中發現,以單一t檢定分析結果發現,單一材質時木質是穩定的,皮革則無特別喜歡的感受,橡膠除了阻力外也無其他喜好,鋁、壓克力、玻璃這三種材質則是受到大眾的喜好。 在複合材質中,木質則是變成搶眼的,皮革不適合的感受只剩下「冷的」、「堅硬的」、「緊張的」,而橡膠的好感度在複合材質中則是大受好評。 在實驗中以橫向、直向、側邊為三種主要的材質配置方式,並以鋁、壓克力為主,皮革、木紋、橡膠為輔,製作了24款受測樣品;以單一t檢定分析結果得知,側邊配置容易有「品味的」的感受,而橫向及直向則是各有喜好;在實驗中也發現,皮革、木紋、橡膠附加在3C產品時,若以點綴方式,令受測者喜好;鋁在樣品中的影響力比壓克力大。 本研究協助設計師在進行設計時,對於材質的運用可以有更多的參考依據。

This experiment aims on the tactile impression of material. Japan Magazine AXIS No.138 of April 2009 reported that in nowadays much intelligence (design) is mainly based on visual. They found out the tactile impression is very important in daily life, so they combined tactile engineering and tactile design, and utilized it on cell phone designs. The article also discussed the three main topics of sense, tactile impression, perception and acknowledge. The discussion also included the different sorts of material and the material sense. The material configuration section has affected our study and the configuration and affordance section provided the basic of our experiment and design; choosing the designed experimental sample martial based on smart phone material to conduct the investigation of tactile impression. In our first experiment we have 30 subjects, and in our second experiment we have 32 subjects. The experiment is mainly conduct by tactile impression, after introducing the material they are about to touch (but did not explain the material), the subjects will put their hand into the box to feel the material and then fill out the questionnaire. In our early experiment base on single test analysis, we discovered that with single material, wood feels steady, no special comment for leather and rubber expect rubber has obstruction. Aluminum, acrylic and glass are most found by the public. In multi material, wood became the most noticed, the unsuitable feelings of leather remains “cold”, “hard” and “tense”. Rubber became the most favorable in multi material. The materials in our experiment are configured in three ways, horizontal, vertical, and lateral. We manufactured our 24 subject samples mainly with aluminum and acrylic, and aid with leather, wood and rubber. Based on single test analysis, we discovered that the lateral deploy has more “sense”, and the horizontal and vertical deploy differs from one another; study also showed that when technical products were aid with leather, wood, and rubber by ornament, was more founded by the subjects, and aluminum is more effective then acrylic in samples. This study give designers more reference basis in material using when design.
