本研究將針對國立科學工藝博物館「疫病防治展示區-防疫戰鬥營」建置專案(第一期),展覽計畫中五項展品之互動展示設計與建置進行論述與設計研究,分別為「B4-1、案發現場」、「C3、勤洗手、防病毒」、「D3、保護胖柱子」、「B3、斑蚊之家」及「D1、幸福秘笈」共五項單元之電子多媒體互動展示手法及設計建置,本專案與國立科學工藝博物館進行合作之內容包括技術、可行性評估、設計互動程式及後續更新維護。其中前三項已於本研究論述期間中完成建置,後兩項則尚於設計規劃階段,本文將重點論述其中之互動概念與預估呈現效果。 會展產業是近年來快速發展的產業,國內外各博物館無論常設展館、特展活動或每五年舉辦一次的世界博覽會,皆有效帶動地區經濟成長,而台北世貿中心每年舉辦的資訊展即是全世界3C產品第三大展,正因為與產業關聯效果甚高,且是各產業所屬創意成果的最佳展現舞台,全世界各大廠商都大筆投資於會展行銷,因此創意無限、商機也無限;而參加會展的國際旅客,在會展期間的潛在消費力更是難以忽視,對於觀光產業同時產生加乘效應。 在數位科技發展、體感互動設計概念興起、會產設計形式多元化的背景下,激發了對於體感互動應用於會展設計的構想。然而目前國內的會展產業仍多以平面印刷、多媒體與實體模型展示為主,與參觀者互動的形式薄弱。回顧國內舊有的案例則多屬裝置藝術創作,國外則已有許多體感互動的會展實例。 本研究設計之重點技法在於應用感測技術與體感互動裝置,並將體感互動技術應用於展示設計的專案與研究,探討其對會展產業兩大主軸中的產品會展行銷與博物館特展之助益與未來發展,透過完成的體感互動裝置作品,觀察參觀者行為與其穩定性與延伸價值的效益評估研究。故藉由本研究探討體感互動設計及互動模式、了解其應用於展演設計過程、評估具體的成效,以利後續會展產業設計策略之創意發想與參考模式,進而提供會展產業或廣告行銷設計業者之參考。 本研究設計秉持上述理念進行「疫病防治展示區-防疫戰鬥營」展示設計工作,並且在學者、設計規劃者不同觀點與角度的意見拉扯間,逐漸完成。目的以體感互動式的會展設計提升整體會展氣氛,成功幫助參觀人數的提升與產業行銷,亦著重於展示內涵與博物館主體訴求能夠確實傳達,使參觀者注意力、理解程度、興趣、意向、群聚效應、話題性上皆有具體效益。

English Abstract

The present study aims at the set-up project(I) of National Science and Technology Museum “Disease Prevention and Control Display Area---the Disease Prevention Combat Camp”. There are interactive display designs and set-up proceed to discussion and design research of five exhibition works in the display plan. They are respectively “B4-1, the Spot”, “C3, Wash Your Hands and Virus Free”, “D3, Protect Fat Pillar”, “B3---Home of Aedes Aegypti” and “D1---the Secret of Happiness.” They are used in five electronic multimedia interactive display technique and design. This content of this project cooperated with National Science and Technology Museum includes technique, feasibility evaluation, design interactive program and follow-up update and maintenance. Among these, the first three items complete set-up in the present study discussion period and the last two items are still in the phase of procession and planning. The key discussions in the present study are the interactive ideas and pre-evaluation of displaying effect. The MICE (Meeting, Incentive Travel, Convention, Exhibition) industry has been rapidly developed these years. The domestic and overseas museums can effectively promote the regional economic growth with permanent exhibitions, special activities or World Exposition held every five years. Every year Taipei World Trade Center holds the Taipei Computer Applications Show for 3C products from all over the world. It’s the third largest show of the whole world and it’s also the best exhibition stage for creative results of every industry because it has high related effect with the industry. Every manufacturers will invest a lot of money in MICE marketing. Therefore its creativity is without limits and so are the business opportunities. In addition, the potential consumption ability during the exhibition is undeniable and it will bring about the synergistic effect for the tourism industry. Under the circumstances of digital technology development, the rise of the design ideas of somatosensory interactive technology and the multiple design patterns of MICE, they inspire the ideas to apply somatosensory interaction to MICE design. However at present the domestic MICE still focuses mainly on graphic printing, multimedia and solid model display. It lacks interactive activities with the visitors. To review the domestic established cases, they usually belong to installation art creativity, but there are many practical MICE examples of somatosensory interactions overseas. The key techniques of the present study are applying sensor technology and somatosensory interactive device to the display design project and research. It explores the help and future development of product marketing and museum special exhibition of the two main shafts in MICE industry. Through the finished somatosensory interactive device works, the researchers observe the visitors’ behaviors, their stability and the effect of extended values to evaluate and research. Thus the researchers understand its procedure of application to display design and the solid evaluation effect to help the follow-up creativity of the design strategy and reference modes of MICE industry to provide the MICE industry or advertisement marketing industry for reference by exploring somatosensory interactive design and the interactive modes. The present study holds the above ideas and concepts to proceed to the display design work of“Disease Prevention and Control Display Area---the Disease Prevention Combat Camp.” Eventually it finishes after the different opinions pulling and dragging among the scholars, designers and planners. The main purpose of the present study is to promote the overall MICE atmosphere through somatosensory interactive designs to help promote the numbers of the visitors and the marketing of their industries. Furthermore it put emphasis on the connotation and the theme requests of the museums can precisely be passed down to have the practical effect on the visitors’ attention, comprehension, interest, intention, cluster effect and topics.
