Chinese Abstract

本研究以中部某地區醫院急診室之衛材存量為研究對象,分析一般民眾在急診的就醫紀錄中,針對ICD-9、檢傷級數、氣溫、濕度等因素,找出該地區醫院的衛材使用法則,協助醫院急診室衛材存量的預測,有效達到醫院成本之管控。在本研究中,除針對歷史資料分析,並加入就醫特性(ICD-9主次診斷碼、檢傷級數、就診科別)及環境干擾因素(氣溫、雨量、濕度、風速、能見度等)重要因素進行資料探勘技術(Data Mining technology)中的演算法進行分析,找出影響急診室衛材使用量之影響因素,並預測未來所需的衛材存量,藉由資料探勘方式可幫助醫院對急診室衛材存量有效管理與控制。

English Abstract

Storages of disinfectant and sterilized material in emergency room of central section hospital in Taiwan is my research objective and destination. To analyze medical record of medical treatment in general public, we direct at ICD-9, injured progression, temperature, and humidity. It’s helpful and beneficial to control actual cost in the central section hospital when we discover its appliance, using rules to assist and calculate sterilized materials storages in emergency room of hospital. In our research, we address critical factors ICD-9, injured progression, holiday/unholiday, temperature, humidity with Chi-Sqaure test for independence. The analysis of fore mentioned factors and disinfectant materials is relative. Apply algorithm of data mining technology to analyze and find the factors which is affected by the disinfectant material consumptions. The explored results are much critical and helpful to calculate and manage the storage of sterilized materials for the hospital.
