本研究之主要目的在於瞭解不同背景變項之國民小學教師之自我概念、情緒管理與幸福感現況,分析其相關程度,最後探討國民小學教師之背景變項、自我概念與情緒管理是否可預測其幸福感。本研究以台中縣、市10,372位國民小學老師國民小學教師為研究對象,採用問卷調查法,以自編之「國民小學教師自我概念、情緒管理與幸福感量表」為研究工具,進行資料蒐集。並以敘述性統計、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、積差相關以及多元逐步迴歸(Multiple Stepwise Regression)分析資料。 本研究之主要發現如下: 一、國民小學教師的自我概念、情緒管理與幸福感現況屬中上等程度。 二、不同背景變項之國民小學教師在自我概念、情緒管理與幸福感之不同層面上有顯著差異。 三、國民小學教師自我概念對幸福感呈現顯著正相關。 四、國民小學教師情緒管理對幸福感呈現顯著正相關。 五、國民小學教師之「情緒管理」、「自我概念」、「婚姻狀況」及「年齡」等變項對幸福感有預測力。 本研究最後根據研究結果,對教育行政單位、學校教師以及後續研究者提出各項建議,以供教育單位以及未來研究之參考。 關鍵字:自我概念、情緒管理、幸福感。
The main purpose of the study was to realize the current situation among the self-concept, emotion management and well-being of the different personal background varieties of elementary school teachers and analyze the relationships among them. To research if the background varieties of elementary school teachers, self-concept, and emotion management can predict well-being in final. The research’s object is 10,372 elementary school teachers in Taichung city and Taichung county. Applying to the implement--“Self-concept Scale, Emotional Management Scale and Well-being Scale” made by the researcher in order to collect more information. The data were analyzed by the statistic methods as descriptive statistics, T-test, One-way ANOVA, Confirmatory Multidimensional Factor (CMFA) and Multiple Stepwise Regressions. The main findings are as following: 1. The level of self-concept, emotion management and well-being of the elementary school teachers is upper intermediate. 2. The elementary school teachers of different background varieties make differences among different levels of self-concept, emotion management and well-being. 3. The elementary school teachers’ self-concept is related to well-being. 4. The elementary school teachers’ emotion management is related to well-being. 5. The elementary school teachers’ “emotion management”, “self-concept”, “marriage situation” and “age” can predict well-being. According to the result of the study, the researcher wants to provide some suggestions to school administrators, teachers and further studies improving the education environment.
