國內醫療院所發展醫療觀光策略之預應程度探討

摘要

本研究目的在於瞭解台灣地區醫療院所發展醫療觀光計劃之意願與現況，並探討台灣地區醫療院所發展醫療觀光計畫之主要因素有那些，本研究以產業環境因素與組織特性的觀點，提出一個影響策略預應的理論架構。基此，本研究透過定量研究驗證上述理論架構之因果關係。 本研究以國內地區級上的醫院做為研究對象，共發出461 份問卷。回收問卷為182 份，扣除無效問卷16 份，共得166 份有效問卷，有效問卷回收率為36％。研究結果顯示「評鑑等級」、「環境的豐厚程度」、「組織的集權化程度」與「組織聲望」等自變數對醫院管理者發展醫療觀光的策略預應程度有影響。

The purpose of this study was to understand local medical institutions’ willingness for and current situations of the development of the medical tourism and investigate the main factors in the development of medical tourism by medical institutions in Taiwan. Based on factors of the industry environment and organizational properties, a theoretic framework of effects on proactivity of strategy was proposed. Thus, the causal relationships in the above-mentioned framework were verified through a quantitative research.

This study selected hospitals above the regional level in Taiwan as research subjects. A total of 461 questionnaires were distributed, and 182 returned. Excluding 16 invalid copies, 166 valid samples were collected. The valid response rate was 36%. The research findings showed that “accreditation level”, “level of environmental abundance”, “level of organizational centralization”, and “organizational prestige” are influential to the proactivity of strategy for the development of medical tourism by hospital managers.
