本研究旨在探討:(1)家長之社會變項對於幼兒園的選擇行為現況;(2)家長之社會變項對於幼兒園之服務需求現況;以及(3)家長之社會變項對於幼兒園整體服務品質滿意程度。研究者首先進行有關文獻與理論的資料蒐集,並加以分析整理,以作為本研究架構之基礎。以高雄市公私立幼稚園學生家長為母群體,共計發出550份問卷,回收452份問卷,剔除無效問卷共取得415名學生家長作為本研究之樣本,回收率為0.75%。 研究結果分析整理之結論:(1)不同社會變項F家長對於幼兒園得選擇行為上,跟收入及職業有顯著相關,職業為工業比較注重價格合理性。 (2)不同社會變項家長對於幼兒園之服務需求上,認為幼兒園特色為園區環境之家長,為大專以上學歷,職業為軍警公教、商業、工業之家長。認為不需要增設服務之家長職業為,軍警公教、家管、製造業、自由業。 (3)擁有大專以上教育程度家長的滿意度較其他教育程度的家長高;年長家長的滿意度較其他年齡層的家長高。(4)家長教育程度在大學及研究所以上者,其在幼稚園的服務品質認知各層面上,均顯著高於專科學歷以下的家長。(5)家長的個人收入愈低,對幼兒園服務品質整體滿意度愈低。(6)從事商業活動的家長,對幼兒園服務品質整體滿意度較其他職業別的家長為高。本研對於幼兒園及學校行政機關、幼兒園經營者即幼教從業人員提出具體建議,以供幼兒園及學校行政機關、幼教從業人員,作為提升幼兒園經營及服務品質時之參考。
This research mainly discussed: (1) The current state of selection behavior on kindergartens according to the parent’s social characteristics; (2) The current state of service demand on indergartens according to the parent’s social characteristics; (3)The overall satisfaction of the kindergarten’s service quality ccording to the parent’s social characteristics. The researcher gathered data from previous literatures and theories, and established the research structure by analyzing and arranging them. The population were the parents in municipal or private kindergartens in Ksohsiung city, 550 questionnaires delivered in total, 452 portions recycled. After elimination of the invalid ones, 415 samples obtained, with a recycle rate of 75%. Conclusions made by the results were shown as follows: (1) Patents with different incomes and occupations had significant differences on selection of kindergartens, and the parents who worked in the field of industry concerned the reasonability of price. (2) Parents with an education background above attending university and worked as polices, soldiers, public officers, educators, businessman or orker considered the characteristics of a kindergarten was the environment. And for the parents worked as polices, soldiers, public officers, educators, housekeeper, manufacturer and freelancers, they considered there is no need to increase the service items at kindergartens (3) The parents with an education above attending university had a higher satisfaction than other parents; the elder parents also had a higher satisfaction than the other parents. (4) The parents with an education above university or graduate school had a significant higher recognition of overall service quality than the parents only had an educational background below occupation schools. (5) The lower the personal income of the parents, the lower their overall satisfaction toward the service quality provided by the kindergarten. (6) The parents engaged in business activities got a higher overall satisfaction than other parents. This research set forth concrete recommendations for kindergartens,administration entity of school, manager of kindergartens and ducators at kindergartens as a rference.
