以RFID技術建構學校財產管理資訊系統

摘要


隨著科技的發展,學校的輔助教學設備相對增加,學校物品財產種類也因此繁多。由於師生平常借用教學設備非常頻繁,因此物品財產盤點工作將十分繁重。傳統以人工紙卡方式管理,非常沒有效率。近年來雖改以低成本的條碼代替,但不僅費時費力也無法有效改善設備借用及盤點的問題。 最近RFID(Radio Frequency Identification, 無線射頻辨識)技術已引起國內外產業、政府和相關機構的重視,尤其應用於物流管理的控制。RFID技術具有整批讀取、資料可讀寫、即時反應和可追蹤等特性。而且它以非接觸的方式透過讀取器有效且快速地讀取相關資料。因此,以RFID技術建構學校財產管理資訊系統應可有效地解決傳統紙卡及條碼管理上的缺失。另外RFID技術也利用資料庫儲存相關資料,以提供作業管理與相關決策分析。本文將探討如何應用RFID技術及PDA個人數位助理,來建構學校財產管理資訊系統,以節省人力、時間和資源成本,達到學校物品財產快速流通使用和正確盤點的目標。

With the development of science and technology, the amount of teaching equipment also relatively increases at school, and the types of the school property are various. Moreover, it is very frequent for teachers and students to use the teaching equipment during the school hour. Therefore, making an inventory becomes a tough task. The traditional way to solve this problem is by using paper card. But, it is inefficient. In the last years, the bar code becomes another popular choice due to its low cost. However, it is still time-consuming and strenuous such that it is unable to deal with the property loan and inventory problem. Recently, RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) brings to the attention of the industry, the government, and the relevant organizations, especially the application to the logistics management. RFID technology has the characteristics of reading by gross, data writing capability, reacting immediately, and tracing capability. Through the reading devices, it doesn’t need to contact with the property and could identify the property in long distance. The relevant property information can be gotten efficiently and quickly by using the RFID technology. Therefore, building a property management information system with RFID technology will improve the flaws of the traditional paper card and the bar code. In addition, the database in the system can also store the relevant information to provide the operation management and decision analysis. The article describes how to apply the technologies of RFID and PDA(Personal Digital Assistant)to build a information system for the school property management. The property management information system can prevent the waste of time, manpower, and resource. Moreover, the system will achieve the objects of borrowing the property easily and making the inventory correct.
