本研究旨在探討國民中學學生課後輔導參與動機、參與滿意度與參與組的概況,並比較不同背景學生在三各構反應的差異,本研究乃以臺中縣立國民中學學生為研究對象,以自編「臺中縣立國民中學課後輔導學生參與之研究調查問卷」為研究工具,進行相關的研究,問卷回收後採量化分析,以了解學生在調查三構面中,進一步比較不同背景學生對三構面反應的差異。本研究就所獲得資料分析結果得下列結論。(一)參與動機方面以家長希望我參加、希望能提高學習效果、可以複習學校課業三個因素得分最高;(二)參與滿意度以幫助我吸收學校的正式課程、老師的教學很認真、課程內容會提供補充教材三個因素得分最高;(三)參與阻礙方面以我的身體健康狀況不佳、家長不希望我參加、家裡經濟現況不允許我參加為主要因素;(四)學生不同背景(學生性別、學校地區、就讀年級、家長教育、家長職業)在三構面中的反應有顯著差異。
The aim of this study was to investigate the junior high school students’ participating motivation、participating satisfaction and the barrier factors to join the after tutorial. Moreover, the researcher compared the differences of the three factors which affected the students from varied backgrounds. The subjects of this study were the public junior high school students in Taichung County in Academic Year 2008. The questionnaire was used as a research method in this study to do quantitative analysis. From the results of this study, the conclusions were drawn below: 1. In the aspect of participating motivation, the three factors with which got the highest scores were:the parents’ expectation、the possibility to increase the learning effects and reviewing the lessons. 2. In the aspect of participating satisfaction, the three factors with which got the highest scores were:assisting in absorbing the school courses、the excellent teaching and providing extra materials. 3. The main barrier factors were:being in bad health、the parents’ willing and the economic condition. 4. The differences of the three factors which affected the students from varied backgrounds(sex、school’s location、grade、the parents’ educational backgrounds and careers) were very obvious.
