台灣原鄉地區國小棒球教練領導行為與選手滿意度之研究－以南投縣信義鄉國小球隊為例

A Study of Coaches' Leadership Behaviors and Players' Satisfaction: A case of Sinyi Township's Elementary School Baseball Team

摘要

棒球是目前國內青少年學子最喜愛的運動之一。國內各級棒球隊的原住民球員比重也不少，打棒球已成為原住民的運動代名詞。在訓練一位優秀的運動員需從小培養，國小的訓練是成為一位優秀運動員的基礎。本研究藉由理論、相關文獻，針對南投地區國小棒球之教練領導行為與選手滿意度進行資料收集、分析，正式問卷對16所學校進行普查方式全面發放問卷填寫，共發出問卷300份，經剔除無效問卷後，剩下有效問卷277份，有效問卷回收率92.33％，來探討我國信義鄉地區國小棒球教練領導行為與選手滿意度之關係。
研究結果發現，棒球選手在平時之訓練與比賽中，對教練實際表現出來的各種訓練與指導行為感受程度最深，教練的訓練與指導有受到選手的肯定與支持。且對教練實際表現出來的各種回饋與獎勵行為也有很深的感受程度。目前南投縣信義鄉國小棒球選手對於教練的領導行為感到十分滿意，對於自己所參與的球隊以十分喜愛，但是對於個人的技術發展與整體表現略顯不足。
女選手對教練領導行為專制反應較大，而參與全國賽的選手現出較高的民主行為、社會支持與回饋與獎勵行為；球隊指導教練為外聘教練的選手表現出較高的訓練與指導、民主行為、社會支持行為與回饋與獎勵行為；而球隊每週練習次數在「六次以上」的選手在訓練與指導行為、民主行為、社會支持行為與回饋與獎勵行為有較好的表現，且練習時間在三小時以上的選手在訓練與指導行為、民主行為、社會支持行為與回饋與獎勵行為表現程度亦較高。

Baseball is a popular sport in youth students. There are many aborigine playing the baseball at all level in Taiwan, it became aborigine athletics byword. Primary training is as a basis for cultivated elite athletes. This study will try to apply theory and documents, in connection with “leadership coach” and the other relevant thematic studies, but for the indigenous people in small areas of the country there is a lack of baseball-related research publications.
In this study, by theory and related literature, Nantou County for baseball coach's leadership behavior and satisfaction data collection analysis, a formal questionnaire to 16 schools filled out questionnaires, a total of 277 valid questionnaires were, the use of a questionnaire approach to investigate the primary areas of aboriginal baseball coach's leadership behavior and the relationship between satisfaction.
Findings, Nantou County Hsinyi Primary baseball player for the coach is satisfied with the leadership. External coaches than their full-time coaches and school coaches to show a higher ”training and guidance,” ”democracy” acts, ”acts of social support” and ”acts of feedback and incentives”.
