國小兒童慢跑運動專業化程度、健康自評與體適能之探討

摘要


慢跑是一項不受時間、場地和年齡的限制,就可以享受樂趣和成就感的運動,它不僅有助於身體健康,還提供抒發情緒的管道,使生、心理獲得調節與改善。 鑑於投入慢跑這項運動的民眾越來越多,並朝向專業化發展,但目前國內仍缺乏國小學童參與慢跑運動的專業化程度測量指標,以及針對不同專業化程度的慢跑參與者其體適能、健康自評方面之探討。因此,本研究旨在探討慢跑運動專業化對受訪學童體適能、健康的影響。 本研究於2010年1月1日起至2010年1月31日止,以便利抽樣法對慢跑運動參與學童進行問卷調查。共發出470份問卷,回收451份有效問卷,有效率為98.04%。本研究結果如下: 一、慢跑運動專業化程度分群 參與慢跑運動受訪學童中,以初階參與學童的比例最高(57.6%),其次依序為中階(31%)、新手(8.9%),而以專業等級參與學童為最少(2.4%)。 二、參與慢跑運動受訪學童性別、年齡與健康自評關係 (一)參與慢跑運動受訪學童八個SF-36健康自評值不會因性別不同而不同。 (二)參與慢跑運動受訪學童身體生理功能(PF)會年齡增加而較好。 三、受訪學童慢跑運動專業化程度與健康自評值之相關性 (一)受訪學童隨慢跑運動專業化程度升高,在身體生理功能(PF)、活力狀況(VT)和整體健康(GH)方面會越好。 (二)受訪男童隨慢跑運動專業化程度升高,受訪男童之活力狀況(VT)、整體健康(GH)健康情況越好。 (三)受訪女童隨慢跑運動專業化程度升高,受訪女童之活力狀況(VT)越好。 四、受訪學童慢跑運動專業化程度與體適能之相關性 受訪學童隨慢跑運動專業化程度升高,在心肺適能之表現越好。 五、受訪學童慢跑運動健康狀態與體適能之關係 (ㄧ)受訪學童隨身體生理功能(PF)健康自評值越高,其仰臥起坐之表現越好。 (二)受訪學童隨身體生理功能(PF)健康自評值越高,其心肺適能之表現越好。 六、「促進身體健康」、「維持良好體能狀況」與「學習正確慢跑技巧」為受訪學童同意度較高之慢跑運動參與動機。 七、「課業繁重」、「沒有時間」與「缺乏吸引力」為受訪學童同意度較高之慢跑運動參與阻礙。 由研究結果,未來可更積極推廣慢跑運動,以增進國人之健康。

Jogging is a kind of exercise not limited by time, locations and ages. People can enjoy themselves and have accomplishments through jogs. It is not only helpful to physical health, but also to be a pipeline to provide people to expresses their emotions, and to adjust and to improve physical and psychological health. The more people involve themselves to jog, and the more people become specialized joggers. However, there still lack the jogging specialization index of elementary-school children, and the investigation in specialization, self-assessed health, and physical fitness. Therefore, the objectives of this research were to realize the relations between the jogging specializations and physical fitness, as well as the relations between the jogging specializations and their self-assessed health by Short Form 36 (SF-36). Four hundred and eighty people were selected in this cross-sectional, descriptive study by using a structured questionnaire. Four hundred and fifty-one valid data were used to analyze as the results, the valid corresponding rate was 98.04 %. The surveys were conducted during the period of February to January 1st to January 31st 2010. The results of this study were the followings: 1. Most surveyed joggers were assessed as the primary level of specializations; the percentage was 57.6%; 31%, 8.9% and 2.4% of the surveyed ones were graded as the middle level, new, and the highest level of specialization, separately. 2. The relationships between gender and age of surveyed joggers and their self-assessed health: (1) Different surveyed joggers genders had no different for eight self-assessed SF-36 Health Survey. (2) The higher degree of the surveyed joggers’ ages the better conditions of their physical function (PF). 3. The relationships between the specialization of joggers and their self-assessed health: (1) The higher degree of the surveyed joggers’ specializations, the better conditions of their physical function (PF), vitality (VT), and general health (GH). (2) The higher degree of the surveyed male joggers’ specializations, the better conditions of their vitality (VT), and general health (GH). (3) The higher degree of the surveyed female joggers’ specializations, the better conditions of their vitality (VT). 4. The higher degree of the surveyed joggers’ specializations, the better conditions of their cardiopulmonary fitness. 5. The relationships between the surveyed joggers’ physical fitness and their self-assessed health: (1)The better performances of the surveyed joggers’ sit-ups exercises, the better conditions of their physical function (PF). (2) The better performances of the surveyed joggers’ cardiopulmonary fitness, the better conditions of their physical function (PF). 6. To improve physical health, to maintain good health condition, and to learn correct jogging skills were the top three graded surveyed jogger’s motivations. 7. Heavy school works, no time, and lack of attractions were the top three graded surveyed jogger’s constraints. According to the results of this research, we can encourage people to jog to improve their health.
