摘要
我們常在臨床上觀察到四肢的一些病徵和症狀，皆由於末梢神經壓迫而引起。這些末梢神經的壓迫，可能發生於沿著神經走向的不同部位而産生種不同的壓迫徵假羣。但往往因我們對於其臨床特性和相關的神經解剖，概念糊不清，以致不易作鑑別診斷及適當的治療。本篇就肘部附近可能發生的五種末梢神經壓迫徵候羣（正中神經的Struthers靸帶徵候羣、旋前圓肌徵候羣、前骨間神經徵候羣，尺神經的肘道徵候羣及橈神經的後骨間神經徵候羣）；根據它們的發生位置、原因及症狀分別作一簡單的介紹。成功的診斷及治療乃建立於對神經壓迫位置及相關部位的解剖構造，須有深切的瞭解與認知。

Clinically, we have often seen various symptoms and signs of the limbs, which are due to compression of the peripheral nerves. According to the sites of compression, different kinds of entrapment syndrome can be noted. However, a vague knowledge of the neuroanatomy and related clinical characteristics often make the diagnosis and treatment quite a difficult task. This paper describes the possible entrapment syndromes around the elbow, namely: ligament of Struthers syndrome (median nerve), pronator teres syndrome (median nerve), anterior interosseous syndrome (median nerve), cubital tunnel syndrome (ulnar nerve), posterior interosseous nerve syndrome (radial nerve). The author would like to emphasize that successful diagnosis and treatment of nerve entrapment syndrome require awareness of possible involved sites and detailed knowledge of related anatomy.
