摘要

本文以當前「社會主義國際」中的主軸意識型態－民主社會主義爲研究對象，由歷史萬賴俱寂途徑，探究其緣起與發展。本文的發現是，民主社會主義雖然瓍馬克思社會主義脈絡，然在「第二國際」時有明顯的轉折。其中英國費邊社、修正主義的攷茨基與伯恩斯坦均對社會主義議會民主路線之奠定厥功甚偉。他們對馬克思主義各有褒貶、增補，雖然存在理念與路線上的差距，重點亦各不相同，然而對社會主義的堅持與溫和的議會民主模式的肯定卻是頗爲一致的。

In this paper, we focus mainly on the ideology of democratic socialism, the principle of the Socialist International. Through historical approach, the ideology’s main thought and its development were examined. It was found that democratic socialism came from Marxism and went another way in the Second International. The Fabian Society, Karl Kautsky, Edward Bernstein all contributed to adjust socialism to a democratic way. Although there were differences between their ideas and thoughts, they all insisted the same goal that socialism must be practiced by democratic way.
