As the year 2000 comes,the staffs of enterprises keep in their positions readyfor response to the demands of information technology and go throughpreparation procedures again and again in case of Y2K crisis.Evidently the wholeglobal enterprises are changing their business models and try to catch the tide ofInternet.Since the World Wide Web(WWW)was introduced in 1993,the networkcommunication becomes necessary to the success of enterprises.New activitiescome along with the electronic commerce(E-commerce)and business processreengineering(BPR),and so forth.E-commerce like B2B,B2C,and C2C gets ridof barrier of distance,reduction of response time and increases change globally.Providing value-added quality and service through Internet and innovating newprocesses to improve sales are important concerns for market strategies.Not only network facilitates connections between customer and business butalso fast business information flow promotes the potential of market.Largevolume of business needs the power of information technology.Enterprises mustbe adapted to this competitive change by taking the advantage of informationtechnology.
