Environmental protection policies have increased dramatically and, consequently, industries have become increasingly aware of importance of environmental issues, especially hospitality industry. This study focuses on green consume cognitions of hospitality industry, and creating a survey that is effected by questionnaires permitting respondents to rate the cognitions for consumers of international tourist hotels in Taiwan. The result of the survey is the all most of the consumers are “the sprouts”, and it will be a reference to assist the international tourist hotels in effectively making or modifying environmental management policies.
