橈骨遠端骨折合併脫位－病例報告
Distal Radial fracture-dislocaton with Close reduction-case Report
摘要
橈骨遠端骨折除了Colles'及Smith骨折外，另外，Barton骨折是另一種型態的骨折，有時會誤以為是Colles'或是Smith骨折。Barton骨折是橈骨遠端骨折合併橈腕關節脫位，通常外固定治療會擔心有骨折塊移位及創傷性關節炎的後遺症，治療上需要小心。中醫治療骨折脫位僅採用徒手整復及外固定治療，亦能達到不錯的療效。茲報告一位橈骨遠端骨折合併脫位的病例。

Colles' fracture and Smith fracture are well known distal radial fracture. Barton's fracture-dislocation was less common in usual. It was sometimes mistaken for a Colles' fracture. Usually, a Barton's fracture is unstable and easily redisplaced, and it should be fixed internally with a small buttress plate attached to the volar aspect of the radius, in Western medicine. In traditionally, close reduction was the common method for fracture. We will introduce the Barton's fracture therapy with the close reduction plus external fixation, and the result is well.
