摘要

中醫傷科的病症簡扼區分即為損傷型與非損傷型，中醫傷骨科的精神內涵首重在整體辨證分期治療、動靜合一的原則；配合整骨手法、夾板固定法、內服外敷的葯物療法及功能鍛練的各項療法，令損傷的病人可在很短的療養期間迅速回到工作崗位。本文主要在介紹中醫損傷型（意外傷害）的分期辨証，以及四肢筋骨損傷與軀幹內傷的分期用藥。

The simple way to make division on symptoms in Traumatology of Chinese medicine is to divide them into damage type and non-damage type. The essence of the Chinese medicine Traumatology's spirit are to treat patients with the principles of whole body pattern identification, periodical treatment and combination of dynamic and stationary therapies. By incorporating the various treatments such as Chiropractic Manipulative Therapy (CMT), splint fixation, medicine treatment with both oral intake and external application, and functional training, it enables the patients with injury to quickly return to their jobs within a very short period. There are mainly introductions in this article on the periodic pattern identification of the damages (accidental injuries) in traditional Chinese medicine, as well as the periodic medications for both the muscle and bones damages on one's limbs and the internal damages of torso.
