冷卻風扇基座之動態特性與參數靈敏性分析

摘要


冷卻風扇基座的動態特性一直被石化廠視為重要的研究。蓋因系統結構之複雜性較高,影響整個系統之振動模態與自然頻率的參數較多,諸如:基座之長、寬、高、風扇之重量及安裝位置等,使得推導合乎物理意義的數學模式之可能性大為降低。有限元素法不需要複雜的數學式,常被廣泛的用來探討大型系統有關振動的問題,然而對於影響系統之參數過多時,單以有限元素法將無法得到每個參數對系統之影響效果。田口方法是目前工業界熱衷的一種實驗設計方法,常被運用於分析較複雜的系統,以研判影響系統的各個參數間之相互關係,並找出主要參數的最佳組合,以合乎設計上之要求。本文主要是以中油公司高雄煉油總廠的冷卻風扇基座之主體結構作為研究對象,應用有限元素法且配合田口實驗設計的理論,進行參數靈敏性分析,以了解各主要參數對於整個系統動態特性之影響,及如何有效的達到動態特性的設計要求。

The dynamical behavior of the base structure of cooling fan is often studied by the petroleum plant. There are too many parameters, for example the dimensions of structure, the weight and the position of the fan, to derive the mathematical formulas. Although finite element analysis can be used to deal with stress analysis and vibration analysis very well, it is restricted to find out any information about the sensitive parameters. However, Taguchi method was introduced to obtain the relationship between the parameters of the complicated system arid to find the best combination of the parameters. In this paper, both finite element analysis and Taguchi method are used to find how the sensitive parameters affect the dynamical behavior of the base structure of cooling fan. Based on these results, system design can be done more efficiently.
