超音波方法診斷鋼筋混凝土結構物之腐蝕損傷

Diagnosing the Structurely Corrosive Damage of Reinforced Concrete by Ultrasonic Method

摘要


本文旨在說明應用超音波方法診斷鋼筋混凝土圓柱試體之腐蝕損傷,採用ULCON3型的超音波檢測儀及500kHz接觸式直束探頭,配合TestPro之CSCAN軟體進行C掃描及量測波速的方式,檢測鋼筋混凝土試體的腐蝕損傷。當鋼筋混凝土試體中的鋼筋腐蝕或有空洞的存在,超音波在其中的傳遞會有所變化,能量也有衰減,以回波振幅圖分析評估鋼筋混凝土試體的腐蝕損傷情形。研究結果顯示,超音波之波速隨著泥凝土強度的增加而遞增,且有腐蝕鋼筋之試體其回波振幅衰減量較大,而隨著空洞尺寸的增加回波振幅的衰減量也遞增,若有裂縫存在則以回波振幅法可明顯檢測出。

The purpose of this paper is to apply the ultrasonic method to determining the corrocive damage of cylindrically concrete by means of ultrasonic technique. The rltrasonic tester type ULOON 3 and touched vertical-beam dictator with 500kHz combined with the CSCAN porgramme of the TestPro are used to do the C scan and velocity measurement for predicting the corrosive damage of cylindrically reinforced concrete test. When the reinforced concrete structure is of steel corrosion or cconccrete with cavity, the ultrasonic wave propagative in structure will be changed such as energy decay and lower velocity.
