本文旨在探討以振動量測技術,來降低行政院同步輻射中心籌建處(SRRC)的同步輻射光源的抖動。使用高敏感度加速規量取振動訊號,由量測所得的資料尋找振動源及傳遞途徑,再比較同步輻射光源在有振動干擾及無振動干擾之下的頻譜圖,以應証振動分析的結果。此外,針對四極磁鐵的結構進行模態分析,求得其動態特性,做為SRRC的前授控制技術的參考輸入值,補償磁場偏差,以增進同步輻射光源的穗定性。
A diagnosis based on vibration measurement techniques aimed at reducing variation of synchrotron light of SRRC (Synchrotron Radiation Research Center, Hsinchu, Taiwan) is presented. High sensitivity accelerometers are utilized in picking up vibration signals as small as 10^(-8) m/s^2. Vibration sources and transmission paths are, identified according to measurement data. Synchrotron light quality with and without these noises is compared to support the vibration analysis results. Methods for reducing the sensitivity of synchrotron light quality to the noise sources are proposed.
