衝擊測試法於精密CNC雙主軸車床全機模態測試之應用

Application of Impact Modal Testing to a CNC Lathe

摘要


以衝擊法來執行模態測試法是一種典型的測試方法,本文即是敘述應用此一方法對某型CNC精密雙主軸車床執行全機模態測的結果。此型車床結構複雜,零組件眾多,在模型中將車床分成五大部分的組合,測點共58點,174個頻道,激振點選在第二主軸頭。模態測試所得到的結構動態特性如自然振頻(Natural Frequence),模態(Mode Shape),模態阻尼(Modal Damping)等,可用來驗證有限元素法的模型,更可用來模擬車床各組件間的結合點(Joint)的動態參數以及車床與地面間的動態特性,以提高有限元素法模型的準確性,另外也可提供未來振動診斷的資料庫。除此之外,本文並利模態合成法(Modal Synthesis)的技巧來驗證所求出的模態,結果大致上的趨勢仍可以反應結構的動態特性。以本文所使用的衝擊式模態測試法而言,能夠用較經濟,省時的方法來獲得結構動態特性,對一個結構複雜,結合界面又多的車床而言,應該是個不錯的結果。

A typical Impact Modal Testing is applied to a CNC lathe in this paper .The measurement system includes one exciter (hammer) and 174 acceleration response. Twenty-six mode shapes are obtained in the frequency range of 400Hz. The results of synthesized FRFs, calculated by these experimental modes, agree with the test FRFs. The results obtained from modal testing can be used to validate those of FEM model and can be used as a database for troubleshooting. Furthermore, the dynamic stiffness of the interfaces of the CNC lathe can be estimated from these results. In the absence of joints properties, this is a good method instead.
