摘要


本文研究之主要目的係爲探討敲擊回音法檢測混凝土版之可行性、可靠度與適用性。爲此採用一塊完整版、一塊內含蜂巢之版及四塊內含孔隙之版,作敲擊回音試驗,就已知的版厚及孔隙位置驗證敲擊回音法之可靠度。研究結果顯示,敲擊回音法在檢測混凝土版中的缺陷位置方面,相當地方便正確。但若頻譜中只出現一個低於版厚頻率的明顯尖峰,因為此尖峰的效應遮蓋了其它訊號,以致無法確知缺陷位置,只能就此推測版中含有蜂巢或有淺層裂縫存在。

In order to improve the constructive quality, the nondestructive testing technique for concrete structures have been widely investigated from academic research to engineering and industrial application. The present study is focused on the feasibility, relibility and applicability of the concrete slab integrity by nondestructive testing. By using impact-echo method, one intact concrete slab, one concrete slab with honeycomb and four concrete slab with void are used for evaluating the integrity. The results reveal that the impact-echo method can be acceptable and reliable to detect the crack within the concrete slab. Honeycomb inside slab may increase the difficulties of spectral analysis and bias the accuracy of predict results.
