摘要


振動之成因甚多,如外界環境之影響,不平衡運轉,巓頗搬運等,爲儀具裝備在其服勤壽命過程中必將遭遇之動態環境之一,不僅影響儀具裝備之操作功能,甚且加速儀具裝備之損壞及操作人員之不適,故對精密高功能元件之減振保護措施,日益廣泛迫切。 基本上振動隔離是利用機械濾波法以衰減振源中相對高頻之元素之振幅,而達到隔離保護之目的,其中隔離器之自然頻率爲決定減振效益之主要參數之一。本文利用電磁式振動機,以寬頻隨機振動方式,對數種商用振動隔離器進行減振試驗,發現振動隔離器之額定負載,明顯影響其減振效能;選用不當,不僅未能解決振動問題,反將使問題惡化矣!

There are many vibration sources in the equipment service lives, such as those induced in operation environments, unbalance operations, and transportation. Vibration can cause serious operational problems, damage the equipment, and annoy the operation personnel. Therefore, it is important for the high performance equipment to isolate and protect them from vibration sources. Basically, vibration isolation is a mechanical filtering process which reduces the intensity of the relatively high frequency components of the vibration sources, such that the equipment is isolated and protected from the vibration sources. In this paper, a random vibration test is conducted for several commercially available vibration isolators. Results show that the rate load of the isolator is an important factor affecting its performance. Choosing the wrong one can worse the vibration problem.
