功率超音波與振幅放大器的設計應用

摘要


本文主要系介紹功率超音波的應用及探討功率超音波的機械式振幅放大器設計,特別是應用於紡織飾品花邊加工機的應用。其中除了個別改善超音波機械式振幅放大器頸子(CONE)及喇叭盤(HORN)所遭遇的異常斷裂及異常磨耗問題,此外也針對組合後的超音波振幅放大器出力不足的問題進行改善,在使用不同材料下,機械式振幅放大器共振頻率的模擬結果與實驗結果誤差皆在0.65%~1.74%之間。經過改良後的超音波振幅放大器組合後其出力輸出在實際加工測試下,其加工切斷能力由三層布提高至五層布。此外,在進行現場耐久性測試與兩年長期追蹤下,亦未發生有頸子及喇叭盤異常斷裂與異常磨耗現象。

The purpose of this paper is to introduce the application of power ultrasonics and the design of mechanical amplifiers that are used in the ultrasonic cutting. The unexpected failure of the mechanical amplifiers-horn and cone are solved respectively. For different materials, the differences of the resonance frequencies of the mechanical amplifiers between the finite element analysis and the experimental results are from 0.65% to 1.74%. The ultrasonic output power of the assembly of the mechanical amplifiers and the ultrasonic transducer is improved. After the improvement, the cutting capability of the assembly is increased from three layers of cloth to five layers of cloth in the on-line testing. After two years period monitoring, the unexpected failure of the mechanical failure has not been occurred yet.
