Chinese Abstract

本文就執行加速度量測時暫態溫度效應的影響作一探討。文中除了描述暫態溫度效應對加速度量測的影響之外,亦分別就其產生的原因及防範對策作深入的探討,最後以實例來說明暫態溫度效應對量測結果的影響程度,並驗証本文所提防範對策的有效性。由實例的驗証可知:本文所提之方法對於降低暫態溫度效應的影響確屬有效。

English Abstract

The effect of temperature transients on measurement of acceleration is discussed in this paper. In addition to the effect of temperature transients on measurement results, the cause of this effect and methods to reduce this effect arc also examined. Several illustrative examples arc appended to verify the efficiency of the proposed methods.
