傳統工具機噪音檢測與作業員曝露量之評估

Noise Measurement and Operator's Exposure Evaluation for Machine Tools

摘要


本文旨在建立六部工具母機(車床、銑床、鉋床、磨床、鑽床、砂輪機)之噪音量測步驟,包括靜止怠速時聲壓之測定,以及一個工作循環和單一操作型態之噪音測定。藉由量測工具母機在怠速時,長方形測量面各測量點之聲壓,可以求得該工具母機之聲能。又分別定義六種工具母機之工作循環,並實地量測工具母機工作循環之五分貝A一加權聲壓位準以及單一操作型態之A一加權聲音壓力位準,可用以計算工具母機作業員之曝露量。本文所建立六種工具母機之噪音量測程序,以及聲能與曝露量之分析方法,可對環境噪音及作業員聽力之影響做評估。更可進一步提供工業衛生法令之參考。

This paper presents the noise measurement for six types of machine tools including engine lathe, horizontal push cut shaper, surface grinder, drill machine and abrasive machine. The sound pressure level measurements are made for static condition, work cycle and singular types. As the machine tools is running at idle for static condition, sound pressure levels at several measuring points on a reference box are measured so as to calculate the sound power level of the machine tools. Work cycles for the six types of machine tools are defined respectively. The A-weighted sound pressure level on the 5dB increase in level for halving of time is calculated for work cycle measurement, and the sound pressure level is calculated for singular type measurement. These values can be used to determine the operator's exposure of the machine tools, and so forth the operator's daily exposure can be calculated. This work establishes the noise measurement procedures for the six types of machine tools. The sound power level and operator's exposure can be obtained and used to study the environmental noise and operator's hearing influence. The evaluation procedures can also be adopted for legislation.
