車輛氣囊感測系統模組受衝擊及路面激振負荷之系統反應研究

System Impulsive Response Study of an Automobile SRS Sensing Module under Collision and Random Road Excitation

摘要


本研究為車輛氣囊感測系統模組設計完成前,針對其系統套件與安裝盒組所建立之測試驗證,以確認其系統輸出與反應。本測試研究以激振器配合其功率放大器,經由模擬及參考之實際車輛碰撞所產生之脈衝訊號,與隨機路面高度訊號激振研製之車輛氣囊感測系統模組封裝。由力規及加速規兩量測之時域訊號,經快速富利葉轉換,計算其自頻譜及互頻譜,再經反富氏轉換回時域之自相關及互相關函數、相通函數、訊噪比、頻率響應函數、脈衝響應函數。此研究所測試計算之資料可供設計車輛氣囊感測系統模組結構及組裝之參考以協助系統整合。

This study is the validation test setup for identifying the SRS sensing module component and package system response. The study is based on the car collision data from the sled test and the module was tested by a shaker with impulse signals provided by a function generator. The force transducer and accelerometer were attached to the stinger input and output of the SRS sensing module in the same direction respectively. The data were analyzed by a spectrum analyzer to establish their frequency dormain and time dormain characteristics. Information of system auto and cross spectrum, coherent function, signal to noise ratio, impulse response were analyzed to help the study and arrangement of the module components. The information also provides the necessary resonant characteristics to help the system integration of the SRS sensing module with other automobile components and structures.
