本研究旨在探討注意力缺陷過動症幼兒不專注行爲改變,而研究者採單一受試B-C之無基線期設計,並以一位注意力缺陷過動症幼兒爲研究對象,進行每週2次,每次25至30分鐘,爲期3個月之團體黏土活動;此外活動結束後3週後,進行追蹤觀察。本研究以訪談、「不專注行爲時距觀察紀錄表」、「注意力行爲事件取樣紀錄表」及「兒童活動量評量表」等研究工具蒐集資料。資料分析以目視分析法及時間序列C統計分析,並輔以觀察記錄、訪談及兒童活動量表等資料爲主。結果(1)黏土活動對個案之不專注行爲有介入效果,而活動撤除後只具有部份保留效果;(2)個案之不專注行爲,在團體黏土活動介入後獲得改變。因此團體黏土活動能改善個案之不專注行爲表現,及獲得教師與家長的正向肯定及回饋。
The purpose of study was to understand inattention behavior with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder children. The none-baseline design of single subject research was used to conduct three months, twice a week and 15 to 20 minutes of group of clay activity, and three weeks of observation at end of activity. The instruments of interview; ”interval record table of inattention behavior” and ”event sample record of attention behavior” were used to collect data. Data analysis was analyzed by time series C statistics; activity assessment form; interview and observation. The results included: (1) subject's inattention behavior had improved after activity; (2) subject's inattention behavior had been changed after group of clay activity. Therefore, the group of the clay activity could increase subject's attention behavior, and got positive feedback from the teachers and parents.
