花蓮地區物流業倉儲與運輸之現況分析

摘要

台灣東部地區人口外移、地形又呈帶狀分佈，對於物流公司來說其運輸與配送是難以克服的問題，但物流公司寧可背負暫時虧損，也應要搶先進入東部地區進行市場卡位。因此，花蓮地區陸續設立了許多物流中心，然這些新設立之物流中心，是否真能發揮其應有之效能？是否對花蓮原有之物流業界帶來新的衝擊，或是另一股助力？有鑑於此，本研究特別以花蓮地區物流業之倉儲與配送現況，做進一步之了解分析。其研究內容包括評估花蓮地區物流業之服務品質，了解花蓮地區物流的服務品質效率，以及改善花蓮地區物流系統的效率進而提昇企業競爭力。

Logistics companies would rather bear temporary loss to get ahead in the market though facing difficulties of the population outflow and the topography of a long strip of land of eastern Taiwan. Many distribution centers have been established one after another in Hualien. Do they bring efficiency into full play to make a new impact or add values to the field of logistics? The study particularly analyzes the current situations of transportation and distribution of the logistics industry in Hualien. The content of the study includes the quality evaluation, the grasp of service and efficiency, improvement of the system as well as gaining the competitive edge for the logistics services in the Hualien area.
