Tencel纖維經氙弧光照射處理後其表面性質影響之研究

The Influence of Tencel Fiber Surface Properties by Xenon Arc Irradiation

摘要


本研究是將Tencel纖維經氙弧光照射後,利用纖維強伸度、接觸角、Z電位和染色性質等測試項目,量測出Tencel纖維織物表面及染色性質變化,並探討其表面性質變化後與染色性質之關聯性。由實驗數據中可以得知,Tencel纖維織物經氙弧光照射後,其表面會產生破壞,並使得纖維表面產生微纖化現象,進而增加纖維之染色吸附性。

In this study, tested and observed the surface and dyeing properties of Tencel fiber including the fiber strength, contact angle, Zeta potential and dyeing adsorbent after treating xenon arc irradiation. And also expected to know the relation between these two factors. The results show that the surface of the Tencel fiber has been damaged after treating xenon arc irradiation, and the fibrillation increased the dyeing adsorbent on the Tencel fiber surface.
