PU包覆混合正二十烷及正二十二烷微膠囊之製備與其熱性質的探討

摘要


本研究以溶劑揮發法製備油性聚氨酯(Polyurethane,PU)包覆相轉移材料微膠囊,並且以極端(約200℃、-5℃)條件嘗試改質正二十烷及正二十二烷,探討不同混合比例之正烷類在相變化發生時之吸放熱溫度的變化。並以掃描式電子顯微鏡(SEM)觀察微膠囊的成形性,並利用微熱差分析儀(DSC)鑑定樣本之吸放熱與其再現性。實驗結果顯示在SEM觀察下以1200rpm轉速下所獲得之微膠囊的成形良好,其平均粒徑為126.69±7.52μm。DSC測試可知經PU包覆後的混合正烷類不會因為包覆而影響其熱性能。經(約200℃、-5℃)條件處理可改變正二十烷及正二十二烷相轉移材料的吸熱溫度範圍而不影響其熱焓質。

In this study, oil-based polyurethane microcapsules containing n-Eicosane and n-Docosane phase change material were prepared by solvent evaporation method, In order to investigate the thermal properties the core material was treated with extreme conditions. The obtained PU microcapsules were observed with the scanning electron microscope (SEM) and the thermal properties were examined with Differential Scanning Calorimetry(DSC). The results indicated that, the microcapsules were well formed solvent evaporation method observed by SEM. And the average particle size of PU microcapsules were 126.69±7.52 stirred at conditions of 1200rpm. The thermal properties could be changed by extreme conditions on core material of phase change material. Test can be to know by mixing modified after alkanes, has not been coated by the change.
