臺灣觀光學院學生之學習動機、滿意度與學習績效之相關研究

A Study of Relationships among Learning Motivation, Learning Satisfaction and Learning Performance of Taiwan Hospitality & Tourism College's Student

摘要


餐旅業被視爲是二十一世紀服務業的主流,觀光餐旅產業既然是國家未來經濟發展中的主流,而人力品質的提升更關係者未來觀光餐旅產業是否具有競爭力的主要關鍵性因素。在培養觀光餐旅產業之人才教育上,觀光餐旅業的未來主角---學生,在觀光餐旅教育環境上的學習動機、學習滿意度與學習績效,就關係著未來觀光餐旅產業發展上人力素質是否能提升與具有競爭性的重要條件。本研究顯示臺灣觀光學院學生的個人屬性特徵上,他們的學習動機、學習滿意度與學習績效上是有明顯不同的。研究中也發現學生的學習動機的強弱與學習滿意程度、學習績效的高低有相關;學習滿意度的高低與學習績效之間也存在者顯著的關連性。研究也發現在學習動機在預測學習滿意度、學習績效上與學習滿意度在預測學習績效上皆有一定程度的解釋能力。本研究最後提出研究限制及未來研究方向供後續研究者參考。

The tourism industry plays an important role not only in a country but also on the global, and the hospitality business is also taken as a mainstream in 21 century. Since hospitality and tourism industry is the economical mainstream of a country and plays a characteristic role in the future, how to increase the human resource quality in this field has become the key point to be more competitive. Therefore, the educated environment of the students in this field is important, especially in learning motivation, learning satisfaction and learning performance, which all influence a lot in human quality and competitive of hospitality and tourism industry. This study has shown that there are significant difference among their learning motivation, satisfaction and performance in the personal character of THTC student. It also has shown the strength of learning motivation is related to the level of the learning satisfaction and performance; there is significant relationship between the level of learning satisfaction and the performance of learning. In addition to that there is good enough explanation in the prediction of learning motivation to the learning satisfaction and performance and also be added to the prediction of learning satisfaction to the learning performance. On these grounds we have come to the conclusion that more research directions and limits for the further researcher reference.
