VDT作業的肌肉骨骼不適與視覺疲勞問題之回顧暨預防指引探討

由於科技的進步，許多作業需要電腦輔助處理，使得VDT作業成為企業經營上不可或缺的一部份。然而，該作業內容普遍具有高度重複性、長時間的作業特性，因此作業員經常面臨了許多VDT作業所帶來的傷害。本研究回顧了與VDT作業有關的肌肉骨骼不適與視覺疲勞問題，以VDT工作站為基礎，探討各種問題的成因，並提出相關的預防指引，該指引除了可作為VDT作業員執行任務時的指標，亦可避免VDT作業傷害所造成的損失。

Due to the advancement of technology, many operations require the assistance of computers, thus Visual Display Terminal (VDT) is a crucial part of business operation. However, since the content of operation is highly repetitive, given long time operation, operators often need to face multiple injuries caused by VDT operation. This study reviewed musculoskeletal disorder and visual fatigue problems related to VDT operation, discussed the causes of various problems using VDT workstation as the basis, and provided related preventive guidelines. This guideline can be used as indices for VDT operation, and prevent losses caused by injuries due to VDT.
