論無版列印與網路傳檔列印所形成第二次印刷數位變革的動向

摘要

1985年開啓的DTP桌上出版系統，將圖文傳播的文字、圖形、影像三者全部探取數位資訊化，在一波又一波發展之下，不須手工拼組大版CTF底片輸出，接下來印版材料及雷射科技改善下CTP直接由電腦印版輸出，加上CIP流程資訊全面提供，形成第一次印刷數位變革，它徹底改變印前製作方式及程序，也完全遵重原來既有印刷機器。在無版電子成像、噴墨列印科技發展下，POD依需印刷打破最低印刷數量限制，再配合網路的圖文檔案的傳送及無版列印輸出，以資訊流取代印刷品物流，在縮短時間空間優點下，印刷品古老安定又合人性的媒材的生產輸出方式，將啟動第二次數位變革，以抗衡電子媒材入侵，並相對做互補應用的時代來臨。

DTP system was started from 1985. The contents of graphic communication, include Text, Graphic, Image are digitalized. This elevation form digital pagination to full signature CTF film output, and by the new plate technology with laser light improvement, now CTP direct to plate with CIP workflow information was popular, that is first printing digitalized revolution. It was changed the prepress workflow thoroughly, also respect all printing presses.
The new printing systems by photo electronic imaging or by inkjet systems, they are POD output not any minimum output limitation. If plateless digital printing production go with Internet page contents transmission, that will change graphic communication way form printing matter logistic to printing contents information net work flow, big shorten in the distance and time for graphic communication. That will be the old printing media to start second printing digitalized revolution to against electronic medias and cooperation with them
