兩岸電子書版權交易之研究

在大陸與臺灣的文化交流活動中，出版領域的版權貿易是重要的環節之一。在數位出版環境下，兩岸之間的合作又增添了新的形式：數位版權交易。臺灣和大陸的電子書市場都存在各自的優勢和劣勢。本文從大陸出版社的角度出發，採用深度訪談的方法，調查大陸出版社電子書的版權情況以及它們對臺灣進行電子書授權的意願和障礙。研究結果表明，儘管從主觀意願出發，大陸出版社願意在數字版權領域與臺灣合作，但他們同時也擔心因為電子閱讀市場的不成熟，市場的回報率不能得到保證，版權可能會有流失的風險。本文最後對這些問題提出了一些建議，期望能對未來兩岸數字版權合作提供參考。

Copyright licensing business is one of the most important fields in Publishing between Mainland and Taiwan Cultural communication. In digital publishing environment, digital copyright trading is a new cooperation form between the two sides. The e-book market in Taiwan and Mainland have their advantages and disadvantages. In this paper, we will investigate the digital copyrights of Mainland press. and the authorization's willingness to the Taiwan market by in-depth interviews. The research results show that although the mainland press are willing to cooperation with Taiwan in the field of digital copyright, what they worry about are getting enough profit from the market and the risk of content losing. Finally, the paper give some suggestions to these problems, expecting to provide reference for future cross-strait cooperation in the digital copyright.
