大學畢業生從事數位出版產業編輯職能表現及人才培育方向研究

The Study on Competence Performance of College-degree Workers in the Digital Publishing Industry and Improvement of Cultivating Talents

摘要

隨著科技發展、產業結構的大幅調整，新興產業所需之工作職能與傳統產業大不相同，亟待瞭解畢業生職能表現，作為相關人才培育之參照。本研究旨在探討：1.大學畢業生從事數位出版產業編輯職能重要性；2.大學畢業生從事數位出版產業編輯職能表現；3.大學畢業生從事數位出版產業編輯職能缺口；4. 大學畢業生從事數位出版產業編輯人才培育改善重點。本研究運用文件資料分析法、問卷調查法、重要性表現分析與三角校正分析法，獲得如下研究結論：1.大學畢業生從事數位出版產業編輯職能重要性排序前三名為：具備企劃發想能力、具備專案管理能力、具備閱聽市場能力；2.職能表現排序前三名為：具備審查稿件能力、具備校對樣稿能力、具備企劃發想能力；3.職能缺口排序前三名為：具備專案管理能力、具備閱聽市場能力、具備企劃發想能力。4.數位出版產業編輯人才培育改善重點職能：專案管理、閱聽市場、市場回饋、企劃發想。本研究結果將可作為學校、產業界於課程規劃、教學設計、及職業訓練之參考，以弭平數位出版編輯人才學用之落差。

Along with technological development, the adjustment of industrial structure, the required competences of emerging industries are different from traditional industries. Understanding the performance of the competence of college graduates in digital publishing company become urgent issues on the development of industry. The study was designed to explore: the scale of importance for the competence of college graduates who served as editors in digital publishing industry; their competence performance, and competence gap between graduates' competence performance and their desirable competence which industry expected. The study used Literature Review, Questionnaire Survey, Importance Performance Analysis combined with Triangulation (Triangle correction method) to obtain the following results: 1. the top 3 most important competence for editors in digital publishing industry from the perspective of the experts, ranked Commissioning and Acquisitions, Project Management, and Readers; 2. the top 3 best competence performance of graduates, ranked Copy Editing, Proofreading, Commissioning and Acquisitions; 3. the top 3 biggest gap of competence ranked are: Project Management, Readers, Commissioning and Acquisitions. Four kinds of competences were recommended here for whom it may concern: Project Management, Readers, Feedbacks, Commissioning and Acquisitions as priority in cultivating talents to narrowing the gap between digital publishing industry and university education.
