提升雙面立體疊紋技術探討與應用

摘要


雙面立體疊紋技術主要是利用兩種不同結構的微透鏡陣列,配合疊紋原理產生一種具有兩面不同圖像的立體疊紋效果,並從不同面可以看到不同的疊紋影像,同時兩面的疊紋影像不會有互相干擾的現象發生,為了提升雙面立體疊紋技術與應用,本研究將以網版印製好的微透鏡陣列,透過共軛顯微鏡量測出16 組參數,透過光學軟體LightTools 來模擬分析並提出一些參考意見,另外選用三種不同厚度的PET 材質,三種不同規格的微透鏡,設計上浮與下沉20mm 兩種疊紋深度及方形與圓形兩種疊紋形狀,經分析後選定較佳製作參數再設計一款的雙面立體包裝盒型,經平版印刷印製雙面具不同結構疊紋圖像,再用網版印製兩種不同結構的微透鏡陣列,最後經模切成型完成具雙面立體疊紋的包裝和成品,經實驗結果證明,目前的方法是可以達到快速生產雙面立體疊紋的技術,但仍有很大的改善微透鏡陣列品質空間。
