合版印刷經營型態之探討

A Study of Operational Style for Combined Printing

摘要


結合網路以及傳統印刷產業生產流程的合版印刷,發展至今,除了顯示電子商務在印刷產業領域的急速擴充與應用之外,無論是平版、凸版、凹版、網版甚至是數位印刷,印刷產業的經營模式與網路已經緊密地結合。而現今台灣的網路印刷產業,已成為網路印刷平台式數位印刷與網路電子商務式合版印刷等多重管道網路服務的經營模式。本研究的目的,在於了解目前台灣合版印刷產業的經營模式,透過產業分析歸納整理出合版印刷業者的經營模式與現況,以提供印刷業者不同面向的經營策略之參考與建議。本研究藉由問卷調查法探究目前台灣合版印刷的經營模式與產業現況。研究結論得知:(一)台灣目前合版印刷產業的經營模式;(二)台灣合版印刷的產業現況與產業分析結果;(三)台灣合版印刷業者的經營困難與需求;(四)提供台灣印刷產業多面向的經營策略建議。

Nowadays, Combined Printing which integrates production process of online and traditional printing industry shows the rapid expansion and application of e-commerce in printing industry. In addition, regarding flat printing, relief printing, engraving, halftone and even digital printing, operational model of printing industry has been closely connected with internet. In modern time, Web-To-Print industry in Taiwan turns to multichannel network service of Web-To-Print platform digital printing and online e-commerce Combined Printing. The purpose of this study is to recognize current operational model of Combined Printing industry in Taiwan. By industrial analysis, it generalizes operational model and current situation of Combined Printing industry to serve as reference and suggestion for operational strategy of different dimensions of printing industry. By questionnaire survey, this study explores current operational model and industrial situation of Combined Printing in Taiwan. According to research findings, it shows (1) current operational model of Combined Printing industry in Taiwan; (2) current industrial situation and analytical result of Combined Printing in Taiwan; (3) operational difficulty and needs of Combined Printing industry in Taiwan; (4) suggestion for multi-dimensional operational strategy of printing industry in Taiwan.
