新式光學級高分子塑膠材料(Cyclo olefin Copolymer,簡稱COC,及Cyclo Polyolfines,簡稱COP),具有重量輕、不易破碎,及量產等優點,同時由於材料的改良,已屏除傳統塑膠元件的不耐溫、雙折射性嚴重、吸濕性大等等的缺點,可適時取代光學玻璃用來生產精密光學元件。 利用離子源輔助電子錯蒸鍍技術(Ion Assistance Deposition,簡稱IAD)蒸鍍適當之高、低折射率材料堆疊,形成寬波域抗反射鍍膜(Broadband AR Coating),多色彩色濾光片(Color Filter),且蒸鍍過程可達低溫化,與高堆積密度之薄膜,同時進行ISO/DIS9211環測,符合光電顯示技術關鍵性光學元件應用。
According to the properties of the plastic substrates (optical grade), we design and fabricate multi-layer films by an ion assisted deposition system at low temperature. All the multi-layer filters and anti-reflection coating pass the ISO/DIS environmental testing, and can be used in the applications of optical display technology.
