摘要

爲促進文化創意之產業化，政府自2003年起開始進行文化創意產業發展法草案的推動，立法過程歷經數次行政院審查會議，邀請各界針對草案架構、條文文字內容及其適法性等議題，進行協商討論。惟立法推動工作迄今，各界對於草案內容仍迭有爭議。爲此，本文將就南韓文化產業相關推動組織及法制架構進行討論，藉以提供我國文化創意產業法制工作之借鏡參考。

Aiming to encourage the development of cultural and creative industries, a draft Act on the Promotion of Cultural and Creative Industries was promoted by our government since 2003. During the process of legislation, issues regarding to the bill have been argued by different groups. This study will focus on the experiences drawn from the promotion system and the legal framework of cultural industry in Korea to refine the contents of Taiwan’s legislation to a better state.
