鷹架理論應用在排球教學之研究

Application of the Scaffolding Instruction on the Volleyball Teaching

摘要


本研究目的探討鷹架理論應用在排球高手傳球教學的學習成效並與傳統教學法的學習成效做比較,瞭解兩種教學成效與其差異性,提供日後排球教學課程設計的參考。研究以東海大學一年級選修排球105人學生為對象,平均年齡18.82歲。採用準實驗設計,將兩班學生隨機分成兩組,實驗組實施鷹架教學,控制組實施傳統教學,按著進行八周排球高手傳球教學實驗,將測驗結果進行單因子變異數分析做考驗與比較。瞭解其技能學習的成效與差異性。結果:鷹架教學理論應用在排球高手傳球技能教學,能有效提昇學習成效。進一步再與傳統教學的學習成效作比較後發現;傳統教學在排球技能的學習成效略優於鷹架教學,但並未達統計上的顯著水準。

This study aimed to comprehend Scaffolding instruction has been recognized as one of the most effective methods in efficient learning. In this research, we studied the effectiveness of scaffolding instruction in teaching the techniques of overhead pass of volleyball. Results were compared with the traditional teaching method. Samples included 114 freshmen that chose volleyball for their PE classes. Students were randomly divided into two groups for 8 weeks of experiments. Our results showed that the scaffolding instruction and the traditional teaching method were both effective. Moreover, test on the effectiveness of the two methods also showed no significant differences could be told. From this study and other literature results, we conclude that both teaching methods are effective in PE instruction. Nevertheless, Scaffolding instruction is known for building the students a knowledge structure, as well as an active learning attitude. From this point of view, we believe that the scaffolding instruction should be employed as one of the teaching strategy for PE classes in all schools.
