功能梯度材料變厚度旋轉圓盤熱彈性應力分析

摘要


本文旨在進行功能梯度材料之熱彈性數值分析探討,藉由使用者副程式之編寫,以完成有限元素套裝軟體ABAQUS分析功能之加值擴充,文中亦推導承受熱負荷作用之功能梯度材料變厚度旋轉圓盤解析解,並以符號運算軟體Mathematica提供解析結果,作為熱彈性分析模式之比對驗證。文中數值案例考量楊氏係數、材料密度、熱膨脹係數、熱傳導係數及圓盤厚度沿徑向位置呈冪函數變化,進行旋轉圓盤熱彈性應力之影響參數探討。由分析結果顯示,相較於一般傳統均質材料,功能梯度材料旋轉圓盤有不同之熱彈性反應。此外,本文之研究成果可進一步延伸,以廣泛探討其它梯度變化模式之功能梯度材料,以及在熱傳/結構分析、振動、噪音等議題之應用。

The paper is to establish the capability for thermoelastic analysis of FG variable-thickness rotating disks using the finite-element computer code ABAQUS by incorporating with a user subroutine. The numerical results are validated by comparing with the analytical solutions provided in the paper by using the computing software Mathematica. Parametric studies were performed to illustrate different behavior of FG rotating disks with Young's modulus, mass density, thermal expansion coefficient, thermal conduction coefficient and thickness assumed to vary according to the power functions of radial direction. Particularly, the research results can be extended further to others issues, e.g. thermal/mechanical analysis, vibrations and acoustics with more general grading properties.
