經由飛航數據進行民航機控制面角度差異監測技術之研究

摘要


本文中的監測技術是以數位飛航資料作為偵測飛行控制面角度異常的方法,能於民航飛機在每次歸航後,藉比對參考基準的分析結果能提供控制面角度差異之量化數據,來建議飛機控制面調校之最佳時機,能使航空公司達到飛安及省油的雙重效果。本文將「以模式為基礎之監視與診斷」的概念及其相關之理論與工程近似法做一詳細的敘述,還以監測一架B737-800為實例,進行各飛行控制面角度分別對升阻比影響的敏感度分析,完成本技術可行性的驗證工作。

The present monitoring technology it is proposed to utilize the digital flight data for the abnormal detection method of flight control deflected angles. This method is capable to provide the quantified deviations of flight control deflections in comparison with reference standard after post flight analysis for the civil transports. The optimum time for flight control rigging is suggested based on the quantified deviations. Airlines may have the twin benefits of flight safety and fuel consumption reductions. This paper describes the concept of ”model based monitoring and diagnostics”; and its theoretical and engineering approach in detail. An example of sensitivity analysis showing the deflection affecting of each kind control surface to the predicted lift-to-drag ratio through the monitoring in flight period for a B737-800 transport is presented in this paper as the verifications of this technology.
